Tautoko Toolkit

Māori leadership is built on connection – to whenua, whānau, and hāpori. Western leadership models, commonly used in Aotearoa, don’t always reflect our way of leading. The Tautoko Toolkit exists to change that – to empower Māori, by Māori, in a way that’s authentic and mana-enhancing. It is for anyone wanting to explore leadership through Te Ao Māori.
